Welcome to Verneil's Commercial Cleaning & Disinfectant ("Verneil's," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
Services & Scope
All cleaning, disinfection, and related services are provided under a mutual understanding between the client and Verneil's. Each commercial account is governed by a written scope of work that defines the specific tasks, frequency, and pricing for that facility. Where a written scope of work exists, it takes precedence over these general terms.
Bookings & Access
Once a booking or service agreement is confirmed, you agree to provide safe and accurate access to the premises and to disclose any special instructions, hazards, or restricted areas prior to service. One-time and on-request bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Payment
For recurring commercial accounts, payment terms are defined in your service agreement. For one-time services, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, check, or electronic transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled one-time service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available based on crew availability. Recurring accounts may adjust scheduling under the terms of their service agreement. In the event of severe weather, facility emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, service may be postponed without penalty to either party.
Quality & Concerns
We stand behind our work. If any area does not meet the standards in your scope of work, notify us promptly and we will return to address it. Our supervisors conduct inspections to maintain consistent quality across every shift.
Liability
Verneil's maintains commercial liability insurance and uses background-checked personnel. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions disclosed to us prior to service. Any claims must be reported within a reasonable period after the service date so we can investigate while circumstances can still be verified.
Products
We use green, eco-certified cleaning products and EPA-recognized disinfectants appropriate to each facility. If your site requires specific products or has chemical restrictions, please disclose this in writing before service begins.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard the information you share with us and limit access to those who need it to serve you. Quote requests submitted through our website are delivered directly to our business email.
